An independent inspection at the vehicle’s location. Hutch scans it, evaluates it, documents the findings with photos and then walks you through them directly — so you decide from evidence rather than a test drive and a good feeling.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
For a used vehicle you are thinking about buying — at a dealer lot, a seller’s driveway or anywhere it can be reached safely and legally. You find out what looks good, what needs attention now and what may cost money later, so you can buy, negotiate or walk away.
Needs: the seller’s or dealer’s permission for keys, a cold start and a road test.
Post-Purchase Inspection
For a vehicle you already own. Get a condition assessment of what you bought, a ranked list of maintenance and repair priorities, or a check that a repair someone else completed actually fixed the original concern.
Useful for: a recent purchase, a car new to you with no service history, or a second look after a repair.

Service evidence, a road test when it is permitted and safe, and the maintenance or repair the vehicle is heading toward.
What can be checked depends on safe, legal access to the vehicle, permission for the keys, a cold start and a road test (from the seller or dealer, for a pre-purchase inspection), and on the platform itself. Lift-dependent evaluation, alignment measurement and major disassembly are outside an inspection, and additional testing is quoted before it goes ahead. An inspection is a documented assessment of the vehicle on the day — not a warranty, and not a guarantee that every fault will be found.

Wiring Repair.
Warning lights that do not belong together, a no-start, a circuit that works one day and not the next: in Tucson, chewed wiring is a common cause. Rodents nest in the warm spaces around an engine and go for insulation, and the damage often runs to more than the one wire visible from above.
KlutchAZ traces the affected circuits, opens the loom where the fault leads, repairs the wiring and connectors properly, and then measures the circuit again to confirm it works — rather than splicing the chewed wire you can see and hoping.

Start from the symptom and the fault memory, then follow the affected circuits through the wiring diagram to where the damage actually is — including the runs you cannot see from above.

Test
Measure the circuit rather than assume it: continuity, voltage drop, power and ground, and the connectors either side of the damage. That is what separates one chewed wire from four.

Repair & Verify
You get the scope and the price first. Approved repairs are made to the conductor, insulation and connector properly, then the circuit and the affected systems are tested again to confirm normal operation.
Damage location, extent and repair time vary by vehicle and by where the animal got in, so the affected circuits are traced and quoted for your vehicle rather than estimated from a list. Nesting can return, and no repair prevents that; whether a claim is covered is between you and your insurer.

Hutch started with electrical and mechanical engineering concepts in grade school and never stopped. That path ran through aviation fabrication and CAD design, automotive repair, heavy equipment and motorcycles, and into ASE credentials, specialty certifications, advanced technical training and dealership-level diagnostic work.
Today he runs KlutchAZ himself. There is no service writer and no hand-off: the person who hears your concern is the person who tests the vehicle, explains what he found and does the approved work.

It depends on the concern, the vehicle and the testing the fault actually requires — an intermittent electrical fault is not the same job as reading a stored code.
Send the year, make, model and what the vehicle is doing, and you get the scope and the price before anything is booked. Scope and price are confirmed before the appointment, and no repairs are performed without your approval.
